PATIENT

A body takes time to become inflexible, but the return journey is quicker. The body needs a little time to adapt and strengthen its mode of movement. Be patient, have faith in the process and trust your body’s intrinsic wisdom.

PERSISTENT

There will be days, or even weeks when you will feel demotivated and negative. Flag up the negative self-speak and CONSCIOUSLY replace the negatives with positives.

PRACTICE

Practise new patterns OFTEN, for ever greater proficiency. Change requires the input of energy.
