Older people tend to prefer this format, but younger people who want to explore their movement capabilities more mindfully, will also enjoy this class.
The slower pace assists this observation of detail. The more we pay attention to the details of sensation (the feedback of the nervous system) the more EFFORTLESSLY and EFFECTIVELY we will move - at any age.
