Meet Sue
My background
I have worked as an exercise/movement teacher for many years, teaching and advising thousands of people of all ages and abilities.

I have worked with people in many sports, such as football, rugby, running, dancing, pentathlon, decathlon, swimming, cycling, orienteering, tennis, and boxing. Many years ago, I even had a session with Frank Bruno, who his trainers had advised to improve his rhythm and flexibility. I could see why!

I have also worked with the All England Women’s Ice Hockey team on a couple of occasions, a national decathlete and professional boxer. Bodily Balance is the basis of all sporting prowess. Sports such as golf, tennis, badminton, football etc. lead to imbalance as movements are often repeated hundreds of times in the pursuit of excellence. However, investing time each day to stretch etc, helps re-establish balance so performance is more effective and injury is less likely. A young decathlete I worked with climbed the ranks from 123rd to 3rd position, by working on strengthening his posture, improving flexibility, self-awareness, coordination, rhythm, feet and hands.

EVERY activity is easier and is more effective when imbalances in the structure are addressed.
