Seeing is believing
I believe that as a direct result of the daily self-help which I have practised since I was young, I have enjoyed a better quality of mobility, health and wellbeing.

In my 20s, I worked as a beauty therapist and specialised in remedial/sports massage because I saw how RADICALLY it improved movement and wellbeing.

During my early fitness classes (in the Jane Fonda era), I observed how diversely people move, respond to instructions and how progress usually plateaued early on. I was fascinated as to the reasons why…And so the quest that has largely defined my life, began!
