Classes restore bodily balance more quickly than going it alone because you learn good technique (form) from the outset. It’s worth mentioning that aches and pains are nearly always the result of bad habits and poor technique!
Classes also help MOTIVATION because you are practising regularly with like-minded people.It is also surprising how much you learn about movement and the body, by quietly observing other people.
The best reinforcement for improvement in classes is DAILY self-help.
